It Keeps Working With No Signal
Nothing in Droptop's material mentions working offline. A browser app in a dead zone is a browser tab waiting for a signal.
The day's jobs download to the phone. In a parking garage or a dead zone, job status, inspections with photos, mark complete, line items, cash and check payments and the time clock all still work, then sync when the signal comes back, stamped with the time they were tapped.

Droptop's booking page takes the customer's address, and nothing in its settings or help center limits where that address can be.
Set the area by ZIP list or by radius. A booking from outside it is stopped on the booking page and flagged in dispatch, before a van drives forty minutes for one oil change.

Droptop's pricing FAQ says there are no setup fees. A few questions down, the same FAQ charges a one-time setup fee to move your data: $250 for customers and fleets, $1,000 for invoice history.
Core is $49 a month, Growth is $175 with two users, and Pro is $299 with five. Extra users are $29. Plate lookup, routing, the tech app, payments, reviews and QuickBooks sync are on every plan. No contract, no onboarding fee, and 14 days free without a card.
