Mobile Service Sync ("we," "us," or "our") provides field-service CRM and dispatch software to mobile service operators. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our website at mobileservicesync.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Waitlist signup information. First name, last name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number when you join our pre-launch waitlist.
• Communications preferences. Whether you have consented to receive SMS messages, and the date that consent was recorded.
• Product usage data. If you become a customer, information you and your team enter into the CRM and metadata about how the Services are used (work orders, schedule data, integration credentials, etc.).
• Technical data. A salted hash of your IP address, browser user-agent, and referral source. We do not store raw IP addresses for waitlist signups.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services, including sending waitlist confirmations and launch announcements.
• Send SMS messages about your waitlist status, product launch updates, and early-access offers — only if you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box at signup.
• Respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and process transactions if you become a paying customer.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Mobile Service Sync about your waitlist status, product launch updates, and early-access offers.

• Message frequency: Varies. Most subscribers will receive fewer than four messages per month.
• Message and data rates: May apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@mobileservicesync.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of the Services.

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. Vendors that help us run the Services (e.g., hosting on Vercel, database on Neon, transactional email through Resend, authentication through Clerk, payments through Stripe). These vendors process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements. If required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Mobile information sharingNo mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Site uses minimal first-party cookies for session and preference handling. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics or Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain waitlist signup information until you ask us to delete it or until we determine the launch program no longer needs the data, whichever comes first. Account data for paying customers is retained as needed to provide the Services and as required by law (e.g., tax records).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@mobileservicesync.com.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an email).
